PKP OAH is a free metadata indexing system developed by the Public Knowledge Project through its federally funded efforts to expand and improve access to research. The PKP OAI Harvester allows you to create a searchable index of the metadata from Open Archives Initiative-compliant archives, such as sites using Open Journal Systems or Open Conference Systems. The PKP OAI Harvester is currently compatible with versions 1.1 and 2.0 of the OAI Harvesting Protocol.

The Open Archives Initiative (OAI) develops and promotes interoperability standards that aim to facilitate the efficient dissemination of content. OAI has its roots in the open access and institutional repository movements. Continued support of this work remains a cornerstone of the Open Archives program. Over time, however, the work of OAI has expanded to promote broad access to digital resources for eScholarship, eLearning, and eScience.

OAI-PMH Data Provider Validation

Macedonian Open Access Journals (MOAJ) are selected and included if they pass validation (http://www.openarchives.org/Register/ValidateSite).
